Boosted with some egg, this protein and whole carb meal will kick start your day with you screaming AUSSIE AUSSIE AUSSIE!

Instructions
  1. Mix crepe ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Heat non-stick pan to medium and add 1/4 of the mixture to the pan. Angle it to spread as thinly as possible.
  3. If adding toppings to the layer, add evenly once the mixture no longer spreads OR flip, if not using toppings once you can see that the crepe is set.
  4. Stack 'em high and add whatever other toppings per layer.
