While the world is obsessed with making things bigger, this Healthier Giant Meatball is filled with goodness to replenish your body, fuel muscle growth and feed your glycogen storage without expanding that waistline like most other “giant” foods.
How did I do it? I replaced half of the mince with black beans to maintain protein but remove some of that animal content. Plain white flour as a binder is no more and is instead replaced with the whole grain goodness of steel cut oats.
All of the competents are still here but are replaced with their rev’ed up counterparts.
