Yeah, you read that right! This is HEALTHY dessert sushi. It’s also made with the simplest ingredients… oats, protein powder and mango. That’s it!

All it takes is a little dexterity and you’ve got yourself an impressive-looking 3 ingredient, 5 minute dessert that you can bring to any dinner party!

Instructions
  1. Add protein powder to freshly cooked or leftover oats. Allow to cool.
  2. Wet your hands, place a slice on mango in one palm. Add a half handful of rice and shape into a cylinder. Serve topped with nuts, dried fruit or seeds.
Notes

Use whatever fruit you like! Mango was just what we had in our pantry.
