Instructions
  1. Poke holes in the sweet potato with a fork.
  2. Nuke sweet potato until cooked (around 6 minutes).
  3. Once cooled slightly, cut the sweet potato in half and scoop out the insides. Brush with a little bit of oil and then bake at 350F/180C for 30-40 minutes until crispy and browned.
  4. Top with anything from leftover chili, yogurt and green onion or berries to create your stuffed dreams!
Notes

Get creative with the fillings! Because this doesn't have added salt, it can be used as a vehicle for main means, desserts or snacks!
