Happy Thanksgiving! My gift for the table is these Unsweet Pumpkin Workout Brownies. Inspired by a recipe by Chocolate Covered Katie, I’ve removed all of the added sugar and relied on the natural sweetness of the pumpkin to carry the brownie-ness. It helps that the rich cocoa powder and cacao nibs are a decadence unto themselves.
