This is deep and earthy with carrots and pumpkin with a kick of spice with fresh ginger and tumeric. A simple preparation with a deeply fulfilling result.

Instructions
  1. Add all soup ingredients into slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 hours.
  2. Simmer wheat berries in water or stock for 25 minutes, drain.
  3. Using blender or stick blender, blitz soup until smooth. Garnish with wheat berries, caramelized onion and cilantro.
